TERMS OF USE

1. Operator

The RoU876 platform ("Platform") is operated by Firestone Invest GmbH("RoU876", "we", "us"). Contact details are in the Imprint.

2. Scope

These Terms govern all access to and use of the Platform, including its music, remix, credit, collaboration, tipping, sponsorship and community features. By creating an account, uploading content or otherwise using the Platform, you accept these Terms.

3. Accounts

You must be 16+ (or the age required in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. User Content & Rights Grant

Everything that happens on the Platform belongs to RoU876. By uploading, submitting, posting or otherwise making available any content — audio recordings, vocal takes, riddims, lyrics, images, video, text, comments, remixes, artwork or any derivative works ("User Content") — you irrevocably grant Firestone Invest GmbH a perpetual, worldwide, exclusive, sublicensable, transferable, royalty-free licence to:

• host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, remix and create derivative works;
• distribute, redistribute, publish, broadcast, stream, sell and commercially exploit the User Content across any medium, platform, format or channel now known or later developed;
• register, administer and enforce related rights (including via collecting societies where relevant);
• use your name, handle, likeness and voice in connection with the User Content and the Platform.

You waive, to the extent permitted by law, any moral rights that would restrict the above uses. You represent that you own or have secured all rights necessary to grant this licence and that your User Content does not infringe any third-party right.

5. Collaboration & Remixes

Collaborators may upload raw vocal takes and riddim performances of existing RoU876 songs. Lyrics of RoU876 songs may not be altered; creative omissions of parts are allowed. Any AI-assisted remix generated on the Platform (including via connected services such as Suno) is a derivative work of a RoU876 song and is owned and administered by Firestone Invest GmbH under Section 4.

6. Credits, Tips & Sponsorships

Platform credits are an internal, non-monetary utility used to trigger remix generation and other features. Credits have no cash value, are non-refundable and non-transferable outside the Platform. Tips between users transfer credits only, not money. Sponsorships do not create ownership, investment, profit-participation or tax-deductible-donation rights unless separately agreed in writing.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Uploading content you do not have rights to.
• Harassment, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, incitement to violence.
• Circumventing credit costs, tipping abuse, vote manipulation.
• Scraping, reverse engineering, or attacking Platform infrastructure.
• Making automated legal, ownership or authorship claims against RoU876 content.

8. No Automated Claims

You agree not to register, upload or file automated claims (including Content ID, YouTube, DSP or similar systems) against any RoU876 track, remix, stem or derivative work. Any such claim is a material breach and will be disputed.

9. Moderation & Termination

We may remove content, suspend features and terminate accounts at our discretion, particularly for breach of these Terms. Sections 4, 8, 10 and 11 survive termination.

10. Warranty & Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, RoU876's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, and to typical, foreseeable damage in case of breach of essential contractual obligations. Statutory product liability remains unaffected.

11. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding CISG. Exclusive place of jurisdiction for merchants is the registered seat of Firestone Invest GmbH.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
